Any warranty issue must have a "Return Material Authorization" from Airheads, and
must be shipped back to Airheads in a timely fashion and at the owners expense.
This warranty is between the end user and Airheads. Each Airheads product sold is
covered by this official warranty at the time of purchase.
Airheads warrants products of its manufacture against defects in material and
workmanship for three years. This provided that the product has been installed and
operated in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. During the
warranty period, the Factory will repair or replace (at its option) any parts or electronic
assemblies of the unit which disclose a defect in material or workmanship, shipping
pre-paid by Airheads.
This warranty is not applicable to any Airheads product that has failed due to abuse,
misuse, improper installation, excessive voltages, or alterations to the product that
affects (in the manufacturer's judgement) intended use and service. Airheads will
not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages and assumes no
responsibility or liability for expenses incurred in the removal and/or reinstallation of
products requiring service and or repair; nor for the handling of products returned
from the Factory after service or repair. There are no other warranties, expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to, any implied merchantability or fitness for a
particular use. This warranty will be void when using or substituting other than
all-genuine Airheads system components.
Airheads reserves the right to discontinue, modify or upgrade any products of its
manufacture with design improvements without prior notice.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
Airheads will not refund any monies, nor give credit towards any purchases made
due to buyer's remorse which includes failure to launch business and/or failure to
obtain insurance.
Airheads will only accept authorized returns on equipment if the purchaser obtains a
Return Material Authorization from Airheads Inc. within one week of receiving the
merchandise. Return of the materials will be paid for by the purchaser and a 30%
restocking fee will be debited from the credited total, minus any original shipping
charges.
Airheads makes no monetary, medical claims or promises in regard to any
equipment sold.
